Online survey in the dining halls

Are our customers satisfied with our dining services? What do they like, what don’t they like? Our online survey gives you the chance of telling us what you think and of making suggestions for improvement.

Regular surveys are useful in order to get to know what is important to you. They help us improve our services. Participation is, of course, voluntary and anonymous. Filling in the questionnaire takes approximately five minutes and is very easy: On the tables in the dining halls you will find posters advertising the survey. Just scan the QR code and you can start right away.
