BAföG: Face-to-face appointments

Good news regarding BAföG: As of now, appointments for face-to-face counseling can be made again at the BAföG Office.

In order to arrange an individual appointment with the person in charge, students can contact the office informally via email. All that is required is your first and last name, telephone number as well as date of birth. 

Important: Only the email address bafoeg.beratung@stw.rwth-aachen.de is to be used for the appointment request.

We also ask to not use the appointments exclusively for handing over documents or asking about the status of a case, in order to provide guidance to as many students as possible. Thank you very much!
