New: hotline at the BAföG office

The current status of BAföG applications received and all other documents can now be called up via the new hotline of the BAföG Office (0241 80 93206). The hotline also provides students with information on how to book a personal consultation appointment.

The hotline will soon offer even more: In urgent cases, it will be possible to leave contact details with a personal contact person. For this purpose, telephone numbers will be recorded and forwarded to the BAföG office so that they can get back to you. As soon as the function is activated, students will receive a message via the Studierendenwerk channels.
