Processing takes place in the order in which they are received. It does not matter whether documents are sent by post, fax or e-mail. If missing documents have to be requested, the further order is based on the date of receipt of the subsequently submitted documents, no longer on the date of application. Approval notices are automatically generated and sent out in the middle and at the end of the month based on the information submitted by Studierendenwerk. The submission deadline is always just over a week in advance.

The processing status and the submission deadline are updated at the end of each week. This does not apply to applications for advance payment.
