Expansion of BAföG counseling services!

Tried a thousand times and nothing happened? That's all set to improve at the BAföG office in the future – at least in terms of accessibility and advice: Thanks to a restructuring at the BAföG Office, those seeking advice can now receive information by phone every day and no longer just on a few days.

In addition, on-site appointments can now also be made online again via a booking portal. The personal consultations, which are only to be used when there is a real need and not to hand in documents, always take place on Wednesdays.

New telephone office hours:
Mon,Tue,Thu 8:30 a.m.-1p.m.
Wed 10 a.m.-noon, 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
Fri 9 a.m.-11 a.m.

Personal consultation appointments:
always on Wednesdays from 10 a.m.to 3 p.m.
