AUTOLOAD: shut down in last facilities

The AUTOLOAD system (cashless reloading via direct debit) will be phased out due to a cash register upgrade in the dining hall area. More information 

Upgrade Dates in September/October

• Monday, 28 September: Mensa Südpark (temp. closed)
  
• Monday, 5 October: Mensa KMAC and Coffeebar KMAC
  
• Monday, 12 October: Mensa Eupener Straße and Mensa Academica

The AUTOLOAD system will no longer be available at these locations after that date.

Early closing time
Due to the start of the transition, these facilities will close at 1 pm on each Friday before the final date.

Top-ups will only be available at the machines!
We ask all guests at the above-mentioned facilities to top up their cards at the machines. Topping up at the cash registers (AUTOLOAD) will no longer be technically possible after the transition.
Important: It is essential to check in advance whether there is enough credit on the card. This is the only way to avoid lines at the registers.
