AUTOLOAD expires at three facilities

As previously announced, we are upgrading the point-of-sale systems in our dining facilities. As a result, AUTOLOAD expires.

AUTOLOAD expires in the first three facilities:

• Mensa Jülich, Monday, 15 June
• Mensa Vita, Monday, 30 June
• Bistro Kackertstraße, Monday, 30 June

!! AUTOLOAD will no longer be available in these facilities !!

Top-ups only at the machines
We ask all guests at the above-mentioned facilities to top up their cards on-site at the top-up machines. Topping up at the cash registers will definitely no longer be possible after the transition.
Important: Cards should have sufficient credit to avoid lines at the cash registers.

Please note that AUTOLOAD will continue to function for the time being in all cafeterias and dining halls that have not yet been converted.

Early closing times due to system conversion
In preparation for the conversion, the facilities will close early on the following days
at 1 pm:

• Friday, 12 June, Mensa Jülich 
• Friday, 26 June, Mensa Vita
• Friday, 26 June, Bistro Kackertstraße 

We will continue to provide timely updates through our channels regarding when and in which facilities AUTOLOAD will no longer be available and where our machines must be used temporarily.
