AUTOLOAD is being shut down

Due to an transition of our sale system, we will shut down the AUTOLOAD system entirely this year. As a result, we are no longer able to enter into new contracts.

The new sale system will be rolled out in phases starting in mid-June 2026. We will provide timely updates through our channels regarding which dining halls/cafeterias will no longer support AUTOLOAD and where, for the time being, only our terminals will be available for reloading cards.

Among other things, the system transition includes a new, customer-friendly solution for making payments at our facilities.
