BAföG hotline offers additional service

The BAföG office is now easier to contact again: If students have any questions about their application or need support, they can now leave their contact details via the hotline set up a few weeks ago. The staff will then call back the next day to help quickly and efficiently.

The hotline will continue to provide the current status and information on making a personal appointment.
