Vegetarian delight at the 12th „Cooking like the pros”

On 13 May, Mensa Academica opened on a Saturday for a special occasion: Our professional chefs Peter Schröder, Daniel Wahlen and Tim Groneberg welcomed nine students to this year’s cooking class and showed them how to prepare the perfect vegetarian dish for their friends and families. After four hours of chopping, frying and stirring a delicious three-course meal was served. The cooks and their guests enjoyed the “herbs and blossoms” themed dinner together.
