Cooking like the pros: „Herbstgenüsse“
Our student event “Cooking like the pros” on 15 November proved it again: students not only like to cook, they also cook well! The theme this time was “Herbstgenüsse” (“Autumn delights”), and the twelve participants were supported by the chefs from Mensa Vita, Sahra Groteclaes and Marcel Rongen, as well as other hard-working kitchen staff. The recipes are available here for anyone who fancies autumnal dishes and would like to cook the three-course menu.
