Food from the Far East

Because the Asian cuisine is so varied and exotic it is very popular – also amongst Aachen students! In our “Asia Week” from 16 to 19 April you can enjoy a new dish inspired by the Asian art of cooking every day. The Asia Special is offered for 3,90 € in almost all dining halls:

• Monday, 16 April: Wontons with wok-fried vegetables and sweet-and-sour sauce

• Tuesday, 17 April: Beef curry with aubergines and basmati rice

• Wednesday, 18 April: Redfish with gado gado sauce

• Thursday, 19 April: Pork curry with cauliflower, zucchini, carrots and rice

• Friday, 20 April: Salad with stir-fried asparagus and Asian dressing
