Sebastian Böstel confirmed as StW Managing Director

Now it's fixed: Sebastian Böstel will continue as Managing Director of the Studierendenwerk for the next five years. His second term of office begins in May.

Due to the good cooperation, the Administrative Board had already voted unanimously in favor of Sebastian Böstel's continued employment last year. Last Monday, the Ministry officially confirmed his re-election.

The election and appointment of the Managing Director of a Studierendenwerk is usually an internal matter that is decided by the Administrative Board. Under normal circumstances, the Ministry does not intervene directly in the decision, but must officially approve it. The term of office is usually five years, but can vary depending on the statutes. Re-election, as in the case of Sebastian Böstel, is possible. The following term of office is then a further five years.
