
Fitness cheesecake

Ingredients (8 portions/87 Kcal per piece)
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 3 eggs - size M
- 1 sachet vanilla pudding powder
- 80 g birch sugar - xylitol
- 1/2 lemon - juice and zest
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees fan.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a dough.
- Pour the batter into a round silicone mold (Ø 17 - 20 cm) and bake for approx. 50 minutes.
- Leave the cake to cool and then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Then carefully remove from the mold and serve with optional powdered sugar
